The 2009 ceremony will be
much streamlined compared to previous years.
Instead of each inductee (or representative) being
introduced by a different person, they will all be on
stage at the same time and will be individually
introduced by the MC and the Special Guest. The recipients
of the named awards will continue to be introduced by a
representative of the award sponsor.

Attendees are advised to arrive no
later than 11:00 am in order to pick up nametags and
find their seats.
Please note that this year all
seating, except as prearranged and reserved for Inductees' and
Award
Recipients' families and friends, GOLD, DIAMOND and
PLATINUM sponsors, and TABLE SPONSORS, is
GENERAL (i.e., not assigned). |
Individual
tickets are
$30.00 each, general seating only, ten (10) seats per table.
Reserved Tables
are offered to inductees and award recipients
and their families and friends, and to
Table Sponsors.
The cost of sponsoring a table is $400.00, and includes
10 Individual Tickets, a tabletop sign, and
acknowledgement of the sponsorship in the printed Ceremony Program.
