The Exhibit Hall will open at 9:30 a.m and close at 11:30 a.m.
Participation is limited to
transportation-related businesses,
associations or government
agencies.
Exhibitors must set up their exhibits between 9:00 a.m.
and 9:30 a.m.
and take them down after the ceremony ends (about 2:30 p.m.)
All current Sponsors, Advertisers, and Others are welcome to apply for an
exhibit space.
There is no exhibit fee for Sponsors; the fee for Advertisers is
$50.
The fee for non-sponsors and non-advertisers is $100 (includes 1
ceremony ticket).
Priority will be given to interested exhibitors in the
following order:
(1) Sponsors, (2) Advertisers, and (3) Others.
Twenty (20) spaces
are available; first-come, first-served.
All spaces must be reserved in advance.
Exhibits may be free-standing or table-top
(tables will be provided
if requested).
